   Shivangi Clothing offers a wide range of ethnic wear collections, including Pattu Pavadai (Pavadai Set or Langa), Half Sarees (Dhavani), Just Born Dresses, Silk Sarees, Kurtis, Long Frocks, Short Frocks, Baby Frocks, Cotton Collections for Women, Nightwear, Jewellery, and Bangles. For boys, we offer Kurtas and Shirts.
2. What is Pattu Pavadai?
   Pattu Pavadai is a traditional South Indian dress, especially popular in Tamil Nadu, typically worn by young girls before marriage.
3. What materials are used for Pattu Pavadai?
   Our Pattu Pavadai is crafted from Cotton, Banaras Silk, Brocade, Tissue, Chanderi, Art Silk, Kota, Semi-Silk fabrics, and Pure Silk (available on request).
4. Do Pattu Pavadai, Long Gowns, and Half Sarees come with lining?
   Yes, all our Pattu Pavadai, Long Gowns, and Half Sarees are lined with soft cotton fabric for comfort. Sizes 1–10 include a body skirt/petticoat lining. Sizes 12, 14, and 16 do not include a separate petticoat but have cotton lining inside.
5. Do you offer matching accessories?
   Yes! We offer matching dupattas, hip belts, headbands, and thread bangles to complete the outfit.
6. Do you sell bridal lehengas?
   Yes, Shivangi Clothing offers a stunning range of bridal lehengas with intricate designs and embellishments for your special day.

Sizes & Customization

1. What sizes are available for Pattu Pavadai?
   We offer sizes for newborns and kids aged 1 to 18 years. Available sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18.
2. How do I find the perfect size?

3. Can I customize my order?
   Yes, we offer customization on fabric-based items such as Pattu Pavadai sets. You can choose style, size, neck pattern, embroidery, and sleeve attachment. Extra charges apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for custom orders.
4. Do you offer custom designs?
   Yes! You can share your design images, sketches, or ideas, and we will stitch a custom outfit for you (based on fabric availability).

Ready-to-Wear & Stitching

1. Are Shivangi outfits ready to wear?
   Yes, all our ready-made collections are ready to wear. Minor alterations (like sleeve adjustments) can be done based on your measurements before shipping.
2. Do Half Sarees come with a stitched blouse?
   Yes, every half saree includes a stitched blouse. Our helpdesk team will confirm your measurements before shipping.

Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?

Can the billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, you can specify a separate billing and shipping address during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all domestic and international Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for all domestic orders. COD is not available for international shipments.

How do I know my transaction was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS with an order number for reference.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL for overseas deliveries.

Which courier do you use for domestic orders?
We use ST Couriers and Blue Dart for domestic shipments.

How much are the shipping charges?
Domestic: Standard shipping starts at ₹40. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹3000.
International: Shipping charges start at ₹1200 and vary based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes.

How long will delivery take?
Domestic: 1–4 working days (express delivery available for selected PIN codes). International: 4–8 working days (varies by destination).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available for prepaid orders placed before 3 PM. An additional fee of ₹300–₹500 applies.

Duties & Taxes

Domestic Orders (India)

Are there any extra duties or taxes for domestic orders?
No, all domestic orders are inclusive of GST as per Indian government regulations. The price you see at checkout is the final price (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).

International Orders

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders?
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying their country-specific customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable clearance fees as per their local government regulations.

Are shipping charges included in the product price for international orders?
No, international shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on order weight and destination country.

Will Shivangi Clothing handle customs clearance?
Yes, we coordinate with our shipping partners (DHL, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance. However, payment of duties and taxes must be made by the customer directly to the courier or local authorities before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original condition.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.

Can I exchange a product if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, we allow size exchanges within 3 days of delivery (subject to availability).

What if my product is damaged on arrival?
If your item arrives damaged, share an unboxing video with our team. A replacement will be shipped to you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact customer service immediately.
