  3. Do all the Pattu Pavadai/long gown/half saree on your website come with  attached lining material?

        Yes, all the Pattu Pavadai/long gown/half saree comes with soft cotton lining inside.

  4. Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?

        We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device.

    Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered / hand dyed items / handwoven fabrics.

  5. How can I place an order?

        Choose the item from our website and select the size option by confirming the measurement provided and

    click on the "add to cart" button and

    make the online payment; soon, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order details.

  6. Can the billing address and shipping address be different?

        Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.

  7. What are the Payments options you accept?

        We accept all Domestic and International Debit and Credit cards, UPI Id and Net Banking.

  8. How do I know that my transaction has been successful?

          You would receive an order confirmation via email or sms with the corresponding order number for your future reference or can contact our customer care directly through call or whatsapp to know the details.

  9. Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?

        Yes, the shipping charges may vary from country to country. The shipping charges for your destination will be indicated when you place the order and customers should bare the cost of custom duties and taxes on goods( if mandatory)

  10. Are there any shipping charges for deliveries within India?

        Yes, Standard shipping charge is applicable for all orders within India.

  11. In Which courier will you send the products?

        We will send the products through ST couriers & Blue dart for our Domestic destinations. For overseas countries we are dealing with DHL.

  12. How long would it take to deliver the product after the payment has been made?

        We deliver your product within 4-6 working days on Domestic Orders and 4-8 working days on International Orders ( It slightly vary based on the destination zip code).

  13. How do I track the product once it has been shipped from India?

     Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier or through https://www.shivangiclothing.com/apps/parcelpanel

  15. What should I do if a defective item is received?

        If a defective item is received, then we replace the goods within 3 working days ( Based on the availability)

  16. If I am dissatisfied with the design of the product, can I exchange the product?

        If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition. Exchanges must be made within three days from the date of delivery. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be accepted by the customer.

  17. How can I cancel my order?

        If you need to cancel your order, you should send an email to shivangiclothings@gmail.com  and whatsapp to 91 8098833000 before order dispatch.

  18. Do you take customization orders?

        Yes, we take customization order if the selected item is available in fabric (Extra charge is applicable on customization order)

  19. What’s the return procedure?

        If you aren’t satisfied or have any issue with the item, you can return back to our below address within 3 days with your own courier service.

  20. Need it urgently. Do you have express shipping?

        Yes. On selected Pin Codes and only for Prepaid orders, we can express delivery within 2 business days. Express shipping option has an additional fee of 300-500 INR.

    Orders placed before 3 pm, can be eligible for Speed delivery within two days. Excludes : Sundays and national holidays.

    Our support team will get in touch if you place an order with express shipping to confirm the same.
